My mission in joining this GrowthCrafters group is to surround myself with growth oriented individuals who will help hold me accountable to progressing every week. I want to incrementally implement systems of success by talking openly about struggles and failures. I want to learn from like-minded individuals what has helped them avoid ditches while focusing on the straight and narrow. Ultimately I want to use this group to facilitate the Phoenix Effect - where old, unnecessary, unhealthy and overall hinderances burn off and die which allow for a new healthy iteration of myself to be born.
